As a highly experienced business executive, Ryan Hennessy continues to leverage his diverse skillset to develop and implement innovative products and services across numerous marketplaces. Focused on growth and opportunity, Ryan holds a unique ability to productize and implement optimal solutions designed to yield best-in-class results and close process gaps. With expertise in leadership, infrastructure, and workflow efficiency, Ryan’s ability to critically analyze and forecast market conditions has led to the genesis of several industry-leading approaches to portfolio management, as well as the development of various systematic tools and reports. In his current role, Ryan is responsible for positioning Keystone as a technology forward enterprise, enhancing user experiences, and service execution.
Complimenting his duties within Keystone, Ryan founded Apex Management Solutions, a corporation designed to assist investors, managers, and non-profits in identifying growth opportunities and streamlining managerial procedures within their real estate portfolios.
President / Owner
Jane Hennessy founded Keystone Asset Management, Inc. in 1995, establishing a precedent as a trailblazer and entrepreneur within the default mortgage industry. Keystone continues to operate under her leadership. As President and Owner, Jane capitalizes on new opportunities and furthers Keystone’s involvement with real estate as a strategic solutions provider. In her current capacity, she assumes the responsibility of the various operational components, continuing to revamp and strengthen its core offerings. Jane also plays an instrumental role in various functions required for the business to evolve and operate. She remains an active participant and member within numerous industry-leading organizations, including the Mortgage Bankers Association and AmeriCatalyst.
Prior to founding Keystone, Jane developed her leadership and operational talents serving as REO and Foreclosure Manager at Home Unity Mortgage Services and as a real estate agent and broker, specializing in distressed real estate within the greater Philadelphia marketplace. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Kutztown University and holds a Paralegal Certificate from Main Line Paralegal Institute in Villanova, PA.
Vice President, Technology & Compliance
As Vice President of Technology & Compliance, Jason Klementisz has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. He joined the team at Keystone Asset Management in 1999 as an Appraisal Coordinator performing real estate appraisals and gathering data through on line systems and onsite property inspections.
His ongoing success in the organization has moved Jason through several positions including Asset Manager, Quality Control Coordinator and Systems Engineer where he led the IT Operations Team in the review and coordination of all network, programming and documentation specifications for the systems area. In this role, he consistently exceeded the execution of critical production tasks for Keystone clients.
In Jason’s current position as Vice President of Technology & Compliance, he contributes to general business planning regarding technology and systems required to maintain company operations and competitiveness. By recognizing new developments in information systems technology and anticipating organizational modifications, Jason establishes the long-term needs for Keystone’s information systems, including planning strategy for the development of systems and the acquisition of hardware to meet the company’s application needs. He also works to ensure confidentiality and reliability of corporate data, proprietary information, and intellectual property. Additionally, Jason functions as a top level contact to assist end users in determining IT requirements and solutions.
Director of Operations
As an Operations Manager with over 17 years of real estate and mortgage default experience, Jim Jacquelin manages all aspect of the client portfolio to ensure optimum performance. Currently, his core functions surround defining areas to streamline workflow, support clients with all reporting and analytic functions as it relates to performance, and manage and mentor staff as they evolve within Keystone. In addition, Jim holds the responsibility of forensic analytics and reporting on client portfolios to validate performance and streamline all of operations, holding personnel and partners accountable.
Jim joined Keystone in February 2004. Prior to joining Keystone Jim worked as an REO manager at Fairbanks Capital Corp and has held REO asset management positions with Advanta Mortgage and Chase Home Funding as well as an additional seven years of Real Estate experience working as a licensed agent and title specialist for a local Coldwell Banker franchise. Jim obtained his Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina and is also an avid distance runner, traveler and fan of all sports.
Joining Keystone in 2007, Katherine Baunach made an immediate impact in operations by spearheading workflow analytics and efficiency opportunities. As an Operations Manager, Katherine oversees all title and closing functions including management of payment remittances, title review and curative, closing coordination, and management of both partnered and non-partnered vendors.
In addition to her management responsibilities, she also coordinates with clients to identify and implement potential opportunities for increased efficiency in file management and to ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded. Working closely with the Information Technology team, Katherine coordinates the implementation of new client and Keystone workflow directives and provides clients and vendors with reporting to assist in file management.
Prior to joining Keystone, Katherine worked in loan originations for a nationwide mortgage broker. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Penn State University.
