All third party suppliers and subcontractors with access to nonpublic personal information or private property will be required to complete a criminal background investigation in the event of account activation. This includes our partnering brokers and agents who assist with property valuation, management and disposition services on behalf of Keystone and our clients. In addition to completing the application below, you must also successfully complete this screening in order to be eligible for future assignments. Keystone has engaged SterlingBackcheck, a leading national provider of background checks, as our exclusive screening provider. Refer to the FAQ’s to obtain more information regarding the specific process and costs.

Upon submitting an application, you will receive an email containing a link to complete your screening if you choose to do so at this time. Please note that successful completion of the background screening does not guarantee account activation or future assignments, but allows you to be eligible to receive them.
