How do I download typeable forms from your website?
We are in the process of moving from downloadable forms to all web-based forms. If you have questions on what is available for a particular task, contact either your Asset Manager at Keystone at (215) 855-3350 OR call our Web Support Help Desk at (215) 855-3350 x124.

How do I confirm an order online?
Login using the ID and password (supplied on your request), by clicking here. Once you are logged in it will bring you back to the home page. Proceed to the "Confirm an order" link and click on it, this will bring up all your active orders. If an order is not confirmed, the order will appear in blue. Next proceed to "Click here to confirm this order". This will bring you to another page where you can accept or reject the order. If you accept the order an order details page will appear after confirmation.

How do I upload the BPO and photos?

How can I find out my password to login?
Passwords have been set to default to: [FirstInitial][LastInitial][ID].
John Smith with ID# 12345 would log in to our system with the folllowing:

ID: 12345
Password: JS12345

You may change your password by modifying your profile after you login.

Make sure photos are saved in .jpg format and the file size is under 100K
