As a highly experienced business executive, Ryan Hennessy continues to leverage his diverse skillset to develop and implement innovative products and services across numerous marketplaces. Focused on growth and opportunity, Ryan holds a unique ability to productize and implement optimal solutions designed to yield best-in-class results and close process gaps. With expertise in leadership, infrastructure, and workflow efficiency, Ryan�s ability to critically analyze and forecast market conditions has led to the genesis of several industry-leading approaches to portfolio management, as well as the development of various systematic tools and reports. In his current role, Ryan is responsible for positioning Keystone as a technology forward enterprise, enhancing user experiences, and service execution.

Complimenting his duties within Keystone, Ryan founded Apex Management Solutions, a corporation designed to assist investors, managers, and non-profits in identifying growth opportunities and streamlining managerial procedures within their real estate portfolios.
Jason Klementisz
Vice President, Technology & Compliance

As Vice President of Technology & Compliance, Jason Klementisz has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. He joined the team at Keystone Asset Management in 1999 as an Appraisal Coordinator performing real estate appraisals and gathering data through on line systems and onsite property inspections.

His ongoing success in the organization has moved Jason through several positions including Asset Manager, Quality Control Coordinator and Systems Engineer where he led the IT Operations Team in the review and coordination of all network, programming and documentation specifications for the systems area. In this role, he consistently exceeded the execution of critical production tasks for Keystone clients.

In Jason�s current position as Vice President of Technology & Compliance, he contributes to general business planning regarding technology and systems required to maintain company operations and competitiveness. By recognizing new developments in information systems technology and anticipating organizational modifications, Jason establishes the long-term needs for Keystone�s information systems, including planning strategy for the development of systems and the acquisition of hardware to meet the company�s application needs. He also works to ensure confidentiality and reliability of corporate data, proprietary information, and intellectual property. Additionally, Jason functions as a top level contact to assist end users in determining IT requirements and solutions.
