Corporate Leadership

Nick Salamone
President and Co-founder

Nick Salamone’s foreclosure industry experience began in 1981 when he worked as an auctioneer in California for non-judicial Trustee Sales. In addition to preparing detailed property inspections, he procured the opening bids from the beneficiary or trustee, conducted the sale, and then communicated the results back to the beneficiary, trustee, or agent. Subsequently he was a national sales representative for a real estate trustee foreclosure support company, where he developed and maintained a highly effective business relationship with lending institutions at all levels ranging from support staff to management. He was a member of the trade association, which included interaction with state and local officials to develop industry standards including pending legislation, fees, and training.

Building on his success in maintaining business relationships with lending institutions, Nick returned to the Philadelphia area. There he joined a local real estate company as a licensed real estate agent with the intention to specialize in the REO foreclosure marketplace. Nick holds a GRI and is a licensed broker in several states. His past relationship with lending institutions enabled him to focus on the sale of foreclosed properties, which soon led to a partnership with Jane Hennessy an the formation of Keystone Asset Management, Inc.

After leaving the lending institution, Jane joined Nick Salamone at a local real estate company as a licensed real estate agent. Together they developed a Real Estate Owned (REO) department and concentrated strictly on bank owned real estate. Their two-year venture earned them success and recognition in both the real estate and mortgage banking industries.
